1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Silverwater Prestige Autobody’s website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
We provide automotive repair services including:
- Collision and smash repairs
- Paint correction and refinishing
- Panel beating and bodywork
- Damage assessment and quotes
- Claims management assistance
- Vehicle towing and recovery
- Courtesy car services
3. Quotes and Estimates
- All quotes are estimates based on initial assessment
- Final costs may vary upon detailed inspection
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
- Additional work requires prior authorization
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise arranged
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and credit card payments
- Outstanding accounts may incur interest charges
- We reserve the right to retain vehicles until full payment is received
5. Warranty
- We provide a warranty on our workmanship for 12 months
- Warranty covers defects in our work, not normal wear and tear
- Parts are warranted according to manufacturer specifications
- Warranty is void if modifications are made by others
6. Liability
- Our liability is limited to the cost of repairs performed
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions
- We maintain appropriate insurance coverage
- Customers are responsible for personal items left in vehicles
7. Vehicle Storage
- Vehicles are stored at owner’s risk
- Storage fees may apply for extended periods
- We are not liable for theft, vandalism, or acts of nature
- Unclaimed vehicles may be disposed of according to law
8. Courtesy Cars
- Courtesy cars are provided subject to availability
- Users must have valid license and insurance
- Fuel, fines, and tolls are customer’s responsibility
- Damage to courtesy cars will be charged to customer
9. Photography and Content
- We may photograph vehicles for assessment and documentation
- Photos may be used for business purposes unless requested otherwise
- Customer content submitted becomes our property for business use
10. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation
- Unresolved disputes subject to Australian Consumer Law
- Legal proceedings subject to NSW jurisdiction
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
